Sketch and scale model of “The comedy of errors” by W. Shakespeare
The Comedy of Errors is one of Shakespeare’s early comedies, he is said to have written it between 1589 and 1594. It is the shortest and most farcical comedy of his works: most of the comedy consist of “slapstick”, exchanges of identity, in addition to puns and paronomasia. In my project I thought of a Set Design consisting of two scenes , placed opposite each other; scenes represent the two worlds in which the two brothers live without knowing anything about each other, so close and yet so away . But in the end the two scenes become one and the two brothers will finally meet

Project with Sketches : “Uncle Vanja” by A. Čechov
My project involved the presence on stage of many scenic cabinets with wheels. For each scene change the location of the cabinets is different, to create various metaphorical environments (the garden, the house and the bedroom).
The choice of the cabinet is not random, but is the concept of the nest, the home that is often found throughout the text.
